PREDOMINATE BAINITE HEAT TREATED STRUCTURE
- Much tougher than tempered Martensite at the same Rockwell C hardness. Bainite reduces chipping and breakage
CENTERLESS GRINDING w/ABRASIVE WHEEL (not belts)
- Will insure punches a more accurate point size. Pin punches will have a reverse taper meaning the punch point to be approximately .005 larger than the back of punch which will keep the punch from sticking in the work area
LONG TAPERS ON PIN PUNCHES
- Allows using pin punch when deeper punch is required
